Currently, the game often boils down to a single "best" gear setup (the Meta). Once a player obtains specific Ultimate or Mythic items, the tactical variety disappears. Fixing this requires a shift toward situational strategy. Imagine if different cities required different gear sets—perhaps a "Fast Food" city rewards walking speed, while a "Fine Dining" city rewards "Perfect Dish" percentages. This would force players to interact with their entire inventory rather than just chasing one specific build.
